When enabling pager activity names on the activity pager, this causes the pager
to resize to accommodate those names.
When resizing, it does so like in this video at second 35 and up:

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.add activity pager to a panel with minimum size
2.enable names on the same pager
3.restart plasmashell, watch pager resize slowly
