            Bug ID: 356633
Summary: Enabling/disabling proxy clips makes clips in timeline
                    forget/lose fade from/to black effects
           Product: kdenlive
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Compiled Sources
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: User Interface
          Assignee: j...@kdenlive.org
          Reporter: qubo...@gmail.com

kdenlive-git v15.11.90-83-g95d6603 master
catalyst-libgl 15.11-1
ffmpeg 1:2.8.3-1
ffmpeg-compat 1:0.10.16-4
frei0r-plugins 1.4-3
libx264 2:148.20150725-1
mlt-git r4148.v0.9.2.370.g1065fda-1
mlt-python-bindings 0.9.8-4
movit-git r720.813bc3b-1
qt5-base 5.5.1-5
x264 2:148.20150725-1
xorg-server 1.16.4-1

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start kdenlive
2. Import video
3. Drag clip to timeline
4. Add fade from black to clip in timeline
5. Right click clip in bin and enable proxy clips (or disable)
6. Save project, close Kdenlive, start Kdenlive, open saved project

Expected result:
1. Clip in timeline still has effects

Actual result:
1. Clip in timeline has no effects

Video:
https://youtu.be/UnaNkLPv4bg

This affects clips in the timeline but it does not affect clips in the bin (see
second half of video).

Perhaps related to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=356564 (not sure)

If you can't reproduce this, please try deleting the content of your proxy clip
folder before repeating the steps.
