Wheel scrolling cause scroll on opposite direction
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Wheel scroll on large page
2. As fast as whell scrooll, it redirect to opposite one
Actual Results:
Awful wheel scroll
Expected Results:
Normal wheel scroll
On 5.4.x works OK, bug added to 5.4.95 and not fixed till "stable" release
