I have assigned the shortcut for moving up -> 'Ctrl+]' and for moving down -> 'Ctrl+[' these were assigned to rotate canvas earlier but we already have number 4 and 6 hence it was redundant for that and besides PS also has similar shortcut for moving layer up and down. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
