I have received some messages about the particularity of our paper on Tsarist Russia. In fact, i did not spoke too much on this subject on public before. This paper rewrite the history of Islamic Finance. Tatar Muslim scholars in Russia lunched the first Islamic Economics magazine named Iqtisad. Its founder, chief editor and publisher, was shaykh Muhammad-Fatih Murtazin (1875 - 1938) performing the duties of an Imam in the city of Samara. During the life of this magazine (1908-1913), Iqtisad was issued 46 times and gave 51 numbers. The total amount of the Magazine is approximately 1578 pages according to our statistics. Also, they has known Islamic banks before 1908. Shaykh Muhammad Fatih Murtazin repeated in his magazin Iqtisad that he was a member of the Samara Credit Bank Board of Directors. They have also an Islamic Bank founded on 1912. They contributed on the theories of Islamic Economics and Islamic Banking. Musa Bigieve, known in Islamic World as Musa Jarullah, presented first complete theory of an Islamic Bank.
