Hello is there a reason I would want to use a docker volume (e.g. -v nfsvolume:/home/joyvan/work
) vs bind mount (e.g. -v /vol_b/exchange:/home/joyvan/work ) for persistent data? I was struggling with using docker volumes each time the container would start up it would through a permissions denied error when trying to mount the docker volume so I switched to just mounting a folder. Is there a good reason to use docker volumes over a bind mount. I am new to this so if my terminology is off please let me know. cheers, alvin -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Project Jupyter" group.
