My Jupyter + nbopen setup in Win10 was working fine with ipnynb files in any directory launching on a double-click. This has now changed to a cmd screen that opens for 1-2 secs and then closes. I have been searching on the Net and the same problem has been reported by some. One expert posted that new updates or other new programs are causing issues for which a solution is being explored. May I ask if a "cannonical" reply is available in a post within this group which advises the complete beginner like myself to follow a sequences of steps from removal of Annaconda3, reinstall, nbopen, and then some basic steps to get Jupyter working from annaconda prompt, GUI click, and by double-clicking on a file. I have just now learnt of your group and will begin searching your posts for an answer as well.
