I'm using Jupyter 4.0.6 in Chrome, and whereas previously Cntl-Enter would
execute the current cell, regardless of mode, now it does nothing.
Shift-Enter and Alt-Enter still work as expected.

Also, the Keyboard Shortcut help menu looks strange:
*Ctrl*-*B*: == no help ==
*Ctrl*-*Cmd*-*S*: Show search dialog
*Shift*-*Enter*: == no help ==
*Ctrl*-*Enter*: == no help ==
*Enter*: enter edit mode
*Alt*-*Enter*: run cell, insert below

Did I miss some new configuration setting?

Thanks,
Spencer
