Just noticed that the rev number of current V 2.0, based of the total number of commits, is much lower than the one from OpenJUMP 1 series.

Probably because old svn commits have never been migrated to git.

I don't think it is very important. Just wanted to know if you noticed it, and if you choose to let it as is, or if it's just not possible to add an offset to the rev number so that v2 > v1.
