Hi Peppe,

Nice to hear you,

Usage of svn in my IDE (IntelliJ IDEA) is not intuitive for me too. Ede will probably be of better advice. Also, your problem seems to be an authentication problem, so he'll have to know :

- which url you use to checkout the project (AFAIK, http is read-only, you need a url with https of ssh)

By the way, which client/environment do you use ? Eclipse ? Tortoise svn ? something else ?

It seems you did a hard work on the VertexSymbol. I'll have a look at it by the end of the week.

Hi all,
I almost finished to upgrade a new realize of VertexSymbols plugin but I cannot upgrade on SVN.
This is the error message I received:
Some of selected resources were not committed.
Authentication error.
svn: E170001: Commit failed (details follow):

svn: E170001: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: E170001: Authorization failed

What should I do?

Regarding the new plugin:

The new realize of the vertex symbology is available here:

  1. Download the file VertexSymbols-020.jar
  2. Copy this file into the folder OJ/lib/ext
  3. Delate previous version (currently VertexSymbols-019.jar)
Source code is also available (vertexSymbols-020.zip)

What is new:

a) a new interface with three tabbed panels (Rendering, Color theming and label) exactly with the same usage as Openjump Change Style plugin (base symbology, symbology by attribute value and labels)

b) Color themong panel allows to choose different symbols according to attribute classification: currently only symbol, symbol size, colors are available on classification

c) extended decoration to linestring
On Rendering panel. Clicking on the checkbox "Activate line decoration" symbols are drawn along the linestring according to a)  a distance to each other, b) the offset from the axis of the line, c) rotationof the symbol so that its axis overlaps line axis

d) a general more integration to OpenJUMP libraries (MultimputDialog etc) and tree structure. Integration to BasicStyle and xBasicStyle classes

The plugin still have some few warnings and wierd behaviours. It it anyhow a working plugin and any changed on styles are saved/loaded on OJ project files.

Best regards

Peppe
