Have we now lost the "other color" option that used to open a dialog with
Swatches, HSV, HSL, RGB, and CMYG tabs?

Hi all
I have added an enhenced version of Color Chooser Plugin on OJ NB 5241
This new version has been rewrite in order to use Autocad index colors.
this are the new improvements:
a) Rewrite color panel to limit to 255 autocad Index colors
This panel has been redraw at Autocad Style, showing 255 indexed colors, moving
the cursor over the single box, a tooltip shown the index color number with
both hexadecimal and decimal RGB value.

By choosing the color. Together with the "R_G_B" attribute value, also the
conresponding index color will be added to a "COLOR" field attribue at the
feature schema.
I added this opyion in order to extend OJ capability to export colors when a
layer is saved as DXF file (Michael's DXF plugin is able to export /import
correct acad indexed colors)
I limit the color set to those 255 indexed colors. OJ is still able to decode
other hexadecmal color values. I feel that those 255 is more than we can use.
b) Added Color picker tool
The third tool is single clik tool. By clicking on a feature (of a selected
vector layer), if this feature has an "R_G_B" attribute value. This value will
be recorded by the plugin
I decide to add this CAD-oriented version of Coolor chooser plugin as I worked
a lot on import/export autocad files.
I took the idea of a Jmenu color panel from this nice book: Swing, Second
Edition 2nd Edition ( https://www.grandt.com/sbe/)
All references, licences and source codes are embedded on plugin file
(colorchooser-08.jar).
There are some language codes that need to be translated in Finnic.German and
possibly in French
These are the codes:
msg1=No R_G_B attribute value found
msg2=Click on a feature to get the color
picker-color = Color Picker Tool
pick-color-tools=Color Tools
