Hola Roberto, se puede aumentar la memoria en oj_windows.bat o oj_linux.sh en la linea #JAVA_MAXMEM=“-Xmx1024M hay que borrar el # y en este caso la memoria usado seria 1024MG=1GB cuando abres OpenJUMP de nuevo.
