Ok, I understand. I think it is not really so common copy-paste format.
Probably more usual that GML but not as usual as WKT. Usually GeoJSON is for
browsers and hidden from the eyes of the users. Many WFS servers can do
GeoJSON, for example

http://hip.latuviitta.org/cgi-bin/tinyows?service=wfs&version=1.0.0&request=getfeature&typename=lv:pks_juna_asemat&outputformat=application/json
http://demo.opengeo.org/geoserver/wfs?service=wfs&version=1.0.0&request=GetFeature&typename=topp:states&outputformat=json

Overpass Turbo can export GeoJSON
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Overpass_turbo/GeoJSON
Mapzen https://mapzen.com/data/metro-extracts/metro/riga_latvia/
YOURS navigation, sort of
http://www.yournavigation.org/api/1.0/gosmore.php?format=geojson&flat=52.215676&flon=5.963946&tlat=52.2573&tlon=6.1799&v=motorcar&fast=1&layer=mapnik

Use case for copy-paste could arise from testing the services with plain
requests without a client, or debugging why clients fail.
