Thanks for reporting, should be fixed in r4837
UnaryUnionOp returns unexpectedly a null for an empty list input (while
I was expecting an empty geometry as output)

Method “Collect” does not through NPE. Both two old Dissolve tools
gives result without complaints. Should I not use Union/Merge for
points or what might be the reason for NPE?
