i see your point, but generally i try to circumnavigate tedious extra work 
(download patch, apply, check, commit), got enough on my table already ;)

i am pretty sure you will act responsibly, and in the worst case we can restore 
the older revision, that's what the svn is there for.

no. plugins for PLUS must be packaged and the jar or other files then committed 
to 'core/trunk/lib/plus' manually for an updated snapshot.
