Hi,

my, maybe unrealistic, idea was that OpenJUMP can use the
OGR/GDAL library.
With Jukkas extension to support jml files in OGR
you can convert the ALKIS NAS format to jml (with ogr2ogr program).

I dont't know how complicate it is to use this
feature of the OGR-library directly in OpenJUMP.
