Nice plugin !
The only problem I had to install it is that it was not clear that
it needs JGraphT (not included in ojmapcoloring-0.2.zip neither
in OpenJUMP CORE).
To make the plugin even more friendly, maybe you could apply
color theming automatically at the end of the process.
Would be nice to add an entry in OpenJUMP wiki :

I think any one with a sourceforge account can edit it.
If you (or someone else) find time to internationalize it
I think it is a good candidate for OJ PLUS version.

Anyway, I created an OJ plugin for map coloring, which uses the Five
Color algorithm (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Five_color_theorem)
to color a map with 5 colors such that no adjacent boundaries have
the same color. It still needs work, but it should be complete
enough for some of you to find it useful.
