Hi, I think this goes to Ede. The OGC Geopackage standard was accepted on Thursday. On the other hand, the latest GDAL dev versions support writing vectors into geopackage format. Could it be possible to put new GDAL-dev binaries from gisinternals into OpenJUMP Plus? That way by downloading OJ Plus users would get also tools for creating geopackages and I could base the OpenJUMP blog post that I plan to write on that.
