you only add placeholders in the foreign language files so that translators can 
find them and translate. a placeholder is simply a normal entry where the value 
starts with the magic value '#T:' ! this signals OJ to ignore the value and to 
use the next default language and the translator that this entry is not 
translated so far.

so simply add the new keys at the same positions into all the other language 
properties but start the value with the magic string e.g. 
 some.key = #T: some text value

i know it's a tedious work, but needs to be done eventually.
