It is already available, but I took the option to let it in a separate jar.

In the future, I should add an extension class so that OpenJUMP can 
discover the plugin by itself,
but for now, you need to add it in the defaul-plugins.xml (available 
with the jar)

We have now 3 printing plugins, and I think all of them have pros and cons.
As we already include CadPlan plugin in PLUS distro, I did not want to 
include
SkyPrinter by default.
This area would need the care of a full time developper to merge 
capabilities
of existing plugins and improve the user experience.
