let's keep it simple. do the translations in your own time and they'll go into 
the release thereafter.

1.6.3 is the current release, hence it goes into the live-dvd.

last time i simply took OJ Plus and removed the ecw libs, to make it completely 
open source. this time i'll probably rename it to 'OJ osgeo' so the distinction 
is a bit more clearer.
