Summary: Combine should always produce valid geometries

Initial Comment:
If one combine 2 contiguous polygons, OpenJUMP produces an invalid MultiPolygon.
Would be better to produce a GeometryCollection

Message:
Invalid multipolygon is bad but I am not totally sure if geometry
collection is always much better. If user edits some real world data, like
cadastrial parcels, it is probably not possible to save the geometry
collection back to the original dataset. Perhaps the right solution would
have been to suggest user to merge polygons instead.
