Summary: Export map as layered SVG

Initial Comment:
To allow easier post-editing of maps created in OJ, the exported SVG file could
include the project layers.
In principle, this would be a SVG version of the PDF export driver (Print ->
print to PDF) from SkyJUMP (see attached screenshot).

As a sidenote, the SkyJUMP PDF preserves the vector topology on export,
regardless of the vertex density. This contrasts with the SVG driver from OJ
which applies a random vector generalization.
