I just uploaded a new version of topology extension in

This is topology-0.7.0beta3.jar
This includes a *Coverage cleaner* which comes from the
great JCS and that I have re-worked to make it faster and
more robust.
The doc directory also contains an updated documentation
of topology extension :

Please try it and report any bug before I include it in OpenJUMP
