Summary: One-Click Feature Selection From Attribute Table

Initial Comment:
Hisaji suggested the following two (2) features for OpenJUMP. I am adding them
to the FeatureTracker so that we don't forget.

[1] Select a row or record in an attribute table and select the corresponding
feature dynamically, without having to click on a button.

[2] Select rows or records in an attribute table when the corresponding
features are selected in the map view.

Message:
Agree that having two different level of selection (rows in attribute table
and features in layer view) is unintuitive and unsafe.
Some plugin can work on the attribute table rows (like delete feature with
the delete key) while other will only work on features selected with the
selection manager like AutoAssignAttribute.

On the other hand, selecting features with the selection manager probably
use more ressources than selecting rows in the table, so that synchronizing
both modes would have a penalty.
