Hey, seems you really dislike the current layout of the installer.

I don't think a logo should be seen as a text or as a figurative
painting. It is
somethink done to be recognized, not to be described. But OK, I
understand one
don't like vertical writing or acrobatic kangaroo. I think it is nice to
have an
image in the installer so maybe the best is to organise a vote with
every possible
options.
If I had some skill in this domain, I think I would try to copy exacly
the current
horizontal logo but with a vertical layout like
