I removed the lib/ext from the "classpath" in the script.
I found there is also a "set PATH=%PATH%;%LIB%\ext" command. I'm not 
sure it is necessary and it is not very consistent with lib/ext being a 
program option, but may be it is necessary for some  plugins using 
native library (ecw ?). I did not test, so I let it there for now.
