Just some observations:
1) there is a "Image Layer Manager (Test)" on Layer Tree Menu
Since it basically works to add many raster together I would prefer to have it
on Menu-Layer menu instead of on Layer Tree menu
2) Menu-Layer-Add Image Layer (Test, ECW DLL deactivated)
I wonder if they are still necessary to have or it would be better to remove it
from the menus: it has two duplicate: Open File and Open Raster Sextante.
3) There are 3 menus on Layer Tree when an Image Raster Sextante is opened
Extract selected part of Image
Export envelope as geometry
Warp Image to Fence
I think they would have a better evidence under "Raster" menu.
4) "Rename selected layer" on Layer Tree is probably not necessary since it is
easier to change the name of the layer double clicking on it.
5) Is it possible to move the menus from current position? Into Layer Tree,
"Toggle visibility" of a layer is located in a lower position. This tools seems
quite useful when it is used with several files. Is it possible to move it
between "Selectable" and "Layer property" menus?
6) Layer Tree menu is actually quite long (24 items).
I wonder if it is possible to explore the possibility to add sub menus to
semplify it (Ex. a submenu "Property" to group "Layer property", "Move up" and
"Move down" ... and Ede's "Set Projection plugin).
