puede encontrar las extenciones para Openjump.
En su caso hay dos extenciones para abrir DXF en Openjump (vea V-Other
FDataformat)
1) DXF plugin de Michael Marchaud - un fichero
(http://geo.michaelm.free.fr/OpenJUMP/resources/drivers/driver-dxf-0.6.jar)
2) DXF Plugin de Dante Fuster - dos ficheros
(http://jump-pilot.sourceforge.net/download/driver-dxf.jar y
http://jump-pilot.sourceforge.net/download/dxfviewer-swing-pro.jar)
Los dos son bastante util con los DXF (hasta la version 2000) y pueden
cargar/guardar DXF. Lo de Dante Fuster permite tambien de guardar algunos
atributos de shapefile como categoria CAD (capa, texto, rotacion y altura de
texto)

HAce unos años atrás trabajé con el Jump. Ahora pretendo retomar el tema.
Jonathan Aquino me dió este correo para preguntarles si existe un pluggin que
permitar cargar archivos DXF.
