just another tiny thing :)
the field "panel" of the class AbstractCursorTool is private. That's the reason
why e.g. ConstrainedMultiClickTool declares its own field "panel", I guess.
As the method AbstractCursorTool.activate is the only way to change this field,
I would like to have this field protected or setter to change it without using
the activate-method.
Are there any concerns?
