Steve Singer shipped a version of RoadMatcher which works with OpenJUMP. It's available there : https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=118054&package_id=320958 It's a very useful plugin (from Martin ?) and a good new for OpenJUMP community. Probably worthwhile the effort to internationalize it.
