Some notes on the translation procedure:

1) use the latest Openjump Nightly Build.

2) launch openjump while translating. Depending to a long developing process 
not all the words (not translated) have a "T-.." reference. 

3) Basically all the words not translated show Inglish terminology

4) I recomand controll ALL THE TERM, one common error is to translate the menu 
but to forget all the dialogs connected to the tool
