Ok...

as there have been no other votes this week I evaluated the votes.

The result is:

-1: not joining OSGEO: null
  0: I don't know if we should join: 6
+1: we should join OSGEO: 3

so, it looks like we have "a" task for next year ;)

I hope to have some look on the open issues again over the hoilday 
season to be able to propose a kind of schedule. Email reminders to me 
on that task are welcome with the beginning of 2010. (its just that I 
recently concentrate often on other things - i.e. my university work)
