Never underestimate the ability of the user to dork up even the most
simple procedure. :]

I'll chew on this some more Larry. Perhaps it would be better to make
plug-in specific installers (like you would with something like NSIS)
instead of a global installer to avoid user confusion with unsupported
plug-ins. It doesn't sound like most of our programmers would be
installing more than a single jar file anyways.
