Hi,

Has anyone dealed with data created by using stream digitizing tool? For us it
took quite a long time to get rid of the unnecessary vertices some digitizers
created with such a weapon they found from MicroStation. I suggest a) to hide
it from beginners or b) to integrate simplifying algorithm with the tool. I
mean some logic like "when in stream mode, don't insert points with less than x
meters intervals if they stay inside y meters wide tolerance tube".

Extending linestrings from one end would be highly appreciated feature.

Has anyone created tools for doing stream digitizing? E.g. generating
points (at some rate or distance interval) along a linestring as long as
the mouse is held down?

Also, it seems to me like it would be nice to have a tool which allowed
you to extend a previously created linestring from one end (in either a
click or stream fashion). Anything like that out there?

And finally... has anyone thought about adding a Google-Maps style
vertex insertion tool?
