I found the JAR I was missing with a search for the org.math.array package on Koders. The package is from JMathTools. I downloaded the JMathTools Array JAR from the SVN and will attempt the build again with that library.
I put up a list of OpenJUMP Dependencies on the JPP Wiki: http://thejumppilotproject.pbwiki.com/OpenJUMP-Build-Dependencies I should add the library version and license type at some point in the future.
