Larry, I noticed when I was using OpenJUMP last night that I couldn't pan the LayerViewPanel while in the midst of drawing a polygon. This causes problems if you are trying to draw a detailed polygon over a large area.
I thought I rememberd you saying that you modified the cursor tool code so that the LayerViewPanel could be panned and zoomed while drawing or editing geometries. Is this correct?
