Hi Giuseppe, interesting library. To integrate it with OpenJUMP should work the same way as Stefan's Save/SVG plug-in (Graphics2D context). Therefore writing a plug-in should be easy (I had a quick look at the FreeHEP's JavaDocs).
I think it would be worthwhile to evaluate its potential and see its limitations and problems (stability, quality, missing features?). Please make a feature request on SF.
