Giuseppe, I wasn't aware that Vivid Solutions or SIGLE has created plug-ins to read DWG files. Perhaps they will be able to comment on the error you are receiving.
Typically the "No Class Def Found Error" occurs when OpenJUMP can't find the files it needs for load the plug-in when the program first launches. Are you sure you placed the JAR folders for the DWG plug-ins in the correct folder. I think this was specified in the install.txt file of the plug-ins. This folder should be found in the /lib/ext folder of OpenJUMP's intsallation folder.
