I have completed a list of new features that need to be documented. The list

I have also started a section of the JPP Wiki that can be used to document
the features in the list. I have organized the new features into a few broad
categories. I will be working on the documentation for new features that
allow selection of feature geometries first. I'm hoping to commit about an
hour a week to this task. This means my progress will be slow, but steady.
