Hei Michael,

i try to keep the number of menus small, but your suggestion sounds good
to me! I even would like to move then the "opions..." from edit to this
new menu.

with respect to double existing classes:
- i am not sure why the jump.properties file exists two times (i thought
to avoid errors?)
- the SRID stuff is two times there since it is need from "de.haw..."
package by the postgis plugin from Uwe (and may be by some others as
well). I added/copied it to "org.openjump" to use it for functions in
openjump, not directly concerned with postgis.

so what concerns me.. go ahead and commit!

btw.: i think i will add SaveDatasetAs... to the layerpopupmenu again
(and may disable the simple SaveAs dialog) since it needed if one wants
to store in other dataformats such as databases.

thanx for your work,
stefan
