Vamsee,

You need to place the JTS JAR into the build path of your Eclipse
project. You can need version 1.7 of JTS which you can download here:

http://www.vividsolutions.com/jts/jtshome.htm

JTS is the geometry library that OpenJUMP currently uses. It is
maintained by Vivid Solutions as a programming library "separate" from
JUMP.
