Alessandro, I'm not sure about an existing plug-in. Will have to wait on the other guys for an answer to that.
If you need to implements something from scratch I can probably help with the code a little. I don't think it will be to tough. We might even be able to modify the CombineSelectedFeatures Plug-In.
