So we fix it for tuesday 12th september in the evening? Stefan, is it OK to join? I saw that in the conference program there is from 17h30 to 19h00 the visit exhibition area (must be in the same location), and then there is the "Meet together Downtown Event". Is it an activity included in the conference, or can the participants organize themselves? I would suggest, if you agree, to meet at around 18h00 in the exhibition area (if the entrance is allowed for non-registered people like me...), located in the Amphimax building:
