You can still answer to current thread, but you should be unable to create
new threads.

Re: Discourse mobile view. I just tested it on my Android phone and I can
also not zoom in. Switching into Desktop mode works. On Android chrome has
in the accessibility settings the option to "Force enable zoom".
I don't know if there is something similar on iOS.
