I'm not completely sure of the right way to re-enable AppVeyor ... I did it for PyCall, but it shows up as https://ci.appveyor.com/project/StevenGJohnson/pycall-jl-nu3aa .... how do I enable it as https://ci.appveyor.com/project/JuliaPy/pycall-jl?
