I am stuck between a bit of a rock and a hard place. I would like to use PCL: https://github.com/JuliaPCL/PCL.jl but this does not install on 0.4
But I may be able to use the FunctionDataUtils package in its place. Juno/Atom doesnt seem to play nice with 0.5 either so best is to just revert at the moment.
