Probably you should file an issue at the Images.jl github page.
(I saw something similar on Alan's machine. My suspicion was a misconfigured ImageMagick, but I was able to get it working just by downgrading the Images package to an older version. So, you might be able to do a git bisect and report exactly where the problem started.)
