[julia-users] Unable to add the ppa repository to Debian 8

I've tried to install the ppa repository on my machine (Debian 8). I've got 
the following error : 

http://ppa.launchpad.net/staticfloat/julia-deps/ubuntu/dists/jessie/main/binary-amd64/Packages
  404  Not Found
