You found the bug tracker correctly :) The spark charm lives in the upstream repo, so issues are handled by Bigtop's bugtracker: https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/CreateIssue!default.jspa It does require an Apache account to open a ticket. If you find github more convenient, you can file an issue in our bigtop fork and I'll make sure appropriate JIRAs get linked: https://github.com/juju-solutions/bigtop/issues As for your original problem report, I think we're zero-ing in on it being related to a restrictive network.
